- Google Ads or SEO campaign management. This package sets your local foundations up correctly, it is not a monthly SEO subscription.
- Logo design, photography or video. We will use what you have, and tell you if it is holding the site back.
- Unlimited changes. It is 4 tasks a month, up to 15 minutes each, so the price can stay at £99.

From month 7, if you would rather own and run everything yourself, pay a one off £499 + VAT sign-over. You get the full site files and database, the domain and the Google Business Profile, transferred to hosting of your choice. From that point hosting, security, backups, updates and any breakages are yours to manage.

Yes. There is an initial 6 month proving period, then it continues rolling monthly. That is the honest trade: a full 6 pages-and-all website for £99 a month only works if we know the subscription runs for 6 months. After month 6 you can stay monthly, and cancellation is available from month 7 with 30 days notice in writing.
While you subscribe, the domain is registered in your business name and the site is ours to host, maintain and keep secure. If you want to take full ownership after month 6, there is a one off £499 + VAT sign-over: we hand over the site files, the domain and the Google Business Profile, and you manage hosting, security, backups and updates yourself from that point. Most clients never bother, because the £99 covers all of it.
