What is the difference between the two rates?
10% is for deals you close: the client buys through your link or checkout code and we never run a sales call. 7.5% is for deals where you hand the conversation to us and we do the pitching, scoping and objection handling. Both are recurring for the life of the subscription, and the band never changes after the sale.
Do I have to sell, or can I just introduce?
Either works. You get the full playbook, pricing, objection handling and checkout links so you can close it yourself at the top rate. If you would rather just make the introduction, say so and we will take the calls at the assisted rate.
When do I get paid?
We close the month, generate your self-billing statement, and pay by bank transfer. Commission only accrues on invoices that Stripe reports as actually paid.
What if a client I introduced cancels?
Commission stops with their subscription. Refunds and credit notes come off the next statement. Nothing is clawed back beyond what was paid on that invoice.
Does my rate ever get cut later?
No. The band is set when the deal lands and holds for the life of that subscription. Price rises on the client's plan lift your commission with them.
Can I refer my own company?
No. Self referral and existing clients are excluded. Everything else in your network is fair game.
